Great Ideas 2027 is the premiere event for special education leaders throughout Texas and is a must-attend learning and networking event.

Booth Assignments:

**Exhibitor booths or suites will not be assigned until payment is received in full.**

TCASE follows a tiered process with respect to booth assignments. Priority is given in the following order: sponsorship commitment, TCASE membership and exhibit history at TCASE events.    

Cancellation Policy:

All exhibit space cancellations must be submitted by email to TCASE (info@tcase.org) or Ginger Meyners (ginger@tcase.org). 
Cancellations received on or before January 27, 2027 will be refunded at 75% of the total booth fee, if the exhibit space is able to be resold. No refunds will be granted for space cancelled after January 27, 2027. Booth space reductions will be treated the same as cancellations. Read TCASE Standards and Policies for Exhibiting for more details.
