Great Ideas 2025 is the premiere event for special education leaders throughout Texas and is a must-attend learning and networking event.

Booth Assignments:

**Exhibitor booths or suites will not be assigned until payment is received in full.**

TCASE follows a tiered process with respect to booth assignments. Priority is given in the following order: sponsorship commitment, TCASE membership and exhibit history at TCASE events.    

Cancellation Policy:

All exhibit space cancellations must be submitted in email to info@tcase.org. Cancellations received on or before December 13, 2024, will be refunded at 50% of the total booth fee, unless other agreements are made by TCASE. Refund policy applies to deposits as well as to full payments. No refunds will be granted for space cancelled after January 14, 2025. Read TCASE Standards and Policies for Exhibiting for more details.
