Build connections with others who are walking a similar road as a new director;
Connect with veteran directors who can share their experiences and lessons learned.

Tuesday, October 17, 2 - 4:30 pm - Timelines, Year at a Glance and Systems, Delegation - How to Prepare for the Unexpected;
Tuesday, Nov. 14, 2 - 4:30 pm - SPP Reports - tracking down data; receiving reports and what to do with the information now that you have it; 
Tuesday, Dec. 12, 2 - 4:30 pm - Personnel Planning Part One (Gathering data and exploring strategies);
January - Personnel Planning Part Two (Telling your story, evaluating programs and staff, recruiting);
March - Finance 101 Refresher;
April - Planning for the Summer and Next School Year;
May - Communication and Having a Seat at the Table;
June - A Year in Review - What to start, stop, continue and Goal Setting
Virtual meetings will be scheduled for one Tuesday a month from 2-4:30 pm. Sessions will be recorded in case you are unable to join live.
